How Do I Give?

Julie Forgach Named Director of Development
Julie Forgach has been selected as The Village at Marymount’s Director of Development. As a seasoned fundraising and client services professional, Julie Forgach has worked with nearly 100 not-for-profit organizations and has an exceptionally strong background in fundraising, marketing and sales, and strategic and creative planning.
Throughout her career, Julie has generated revenue exceeding $650 million. Some of the organizations that Julie has collaborated include: the Akron Zoo, the Akron Bar Association & Foundation, Catholic Relief Services, Catholic Charities, Our Lady of the Elms School, University Hospitals, and the Cleveland Clinic – where she held the positions of Director of Development or Director of Institutional Advancement.
In these roles, Julie committed to developing, implementing, and managing all facets of revenue generating programs, including but not limited to: Annual and Special Giving Programs, Patient or Prospect as Acquisition, Grant Writing, Major and Planned Giving and Donor or Constituent Stewardship. She also oversaw state registration for Federal and State compliance, HIPAA and USPS compliance and database maintenance.
Prior to her time at Cleveland Clinic, Julie worked with InfoCision Management Corporation, where she held four positions starting as an Account Representative and working her way up to Senior Account Executive. In these roles, she managed a client base of nearly 80 not-for-profit organizations, providing comprehensive marketing and fundraising strategies for each of the organizations.
Julie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Organizational Communications from the University of Akron. In addition, she is currently working on an MBA from Ashford University.
